Shipping policy

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Mays Luggage is pleased to offer a flat rate of $10.00 for standard shipping on a purchase of CAD $99 or more* in the Greater Toronto Area. At online checkout, you will be prompted to choose your desired shipping method for your shipment(s). Each shipping method chosen has its own restrictions and charges that will be automatically applied to your order. As you update your shipping method, your order total will also adjust accordingly.

RULES & RESTRICTIONS

  • Orders ship only on business days, which are Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays). 
  • All orders are shipped through Canada Post. 
  • We do not ship gift cards; they can only be redeemed in store.
  • Shipping promotions are only valid for orders shipped to Canadian addresses. 
  • We are currently unable to ship to multiple addresses. 
  • Shipping estimates do not include processing time (between 1 to 2 business days).

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping with Canada Post is:

Québec and Ontario: 4 - 7 business days

Other Provinces: 4 - 7 business days

Please note :

  • Orders placed before 11:00 A.M. ET will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please make sure you check your spam folder in the event you have not received it in your inbox.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
